Can I take Hydroxocobalamin and Stexerol D3 together?

Why this happens

Excessive alcohol consumption can interfere with the absorption of Vitamin B12 and may worsen the underlying deficiency being treated. Combining alcohol with medication also increases the risk of liver strain.
